Following the recent escalation of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and subsequent Government, FA and SYFA advice/guidelines, it is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the following ESF 2020 festivals:

• ESF 2020 at Butlin’s Skegness (1-4 May 2020)
• ESF 2020 at Butlin’s Bognor Regis (8-11 May 2020)
• ESF 2020 at Butlin’s Bognor Regis (15-18 May 2020)

All guests attending the ESF 2020 festivals at Butlin’s Skegness (1-4 May) and Butlin’s Bognor Regis (8-11 May or 15-18 May) will automatically be refunded the full booking value by Butlin’s.

Please note: It will take up to 28 days to process refunds, due to the extremely large volume of enquiries that are currently being experienced.

ESF Events will contact all Group Leaders within 7 days to arrange a refund of Team/Club Registration Fees.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no need to contact Butlin’s directly.

This is an extremely difficult time for our industry and the wider community, we greatly appreciate your continued patience and understanding at this time.

We would like to thank all partners, friends and participating clubs, who have worked with us over the last year to deliver what promised to be a fantastic weekend of football and fun for all involved. To be unable to provide a memorable and meaningful touring experience to you at this time, is hugely disappointing for us all. Please be assured, ESF will return next year, and we very much hope to see you there.
