Hope you are well. Please see attached fixture confirmation for our game on the 12th September. Kick off 10:30am. We should be able to get on the pitch to warm up 10am.
We have been given a slot on the 3G which we are very fortunate to get as it is like gold dust.

What is critical is all parents, or spectators that attend need to ensure they Scan the QR code when they enter and fill it in. Will take like 20 seconds.
ANYONE that goes on the pitch, kids, coaches, managers, or a parent running the line must have suitable footwear on. No Astros, no flat shoes they must be boots. If they do not, they will not be allowed on. Kids cannot wear astros either. No metal studs allowed.
Entrance to site is via the normal entrance but our exit needs to be where those green arrows are to avoid incoming traffic and more cross contaminating.

Movement around the site will be controlled with one entry and one exit.
Entry is through the normal gate – Exit is through the double gates on the top pitch
In order to manage a one way system around the 3G there will be no viewing from goal ends
Everyone should hand sanitise on their way in
Everyone should use the QR code’s around the site to ‘check in’ following the track and trace requirements this applies to both home and away teams and their spectators + officials
Managers need to ensure opposition teams are aware of our requirements please send both the Covid Fixture confirmation and our Covid Guidelines both attached with your match invitation email.
Please use the bins provided around the site for rubbish and respect your home ground
Maintain social distancing
All equipment used which maybe touched by someone else – cones, goals, corner flags etc should be sprayed and wiped down after EACH match – disinfectant spray is available around the site
The Clubhouse will remain closed for now but catering will be available from the hatch and the rear of the building by the Lawn Bar.
